At Watch Warehouse, we stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item for a refund, exchange, or repair.
For defective or incorrect orders, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

- Ship the item to our address below. We recommend insured shipping and avoiding USPS.
- Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

Detailed Guidelines
- Items must be new, unused, and unworn.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Gifts received with purchase must also be returned, or their value will be deducted from your refund.
- Use a trackable, insured shipping method. Do not drop off packages in person.
- Returns are processed within 2 business days.
- Returns with signs of wear, missing items, or removed “Void if Removed” sticker will be rejected.
Restocking Fee
Orders over $4,000 returned for refund will incur a 10% restocking fee.
This fee may be waived if a defect is reported within 72 hours.
No restocking fee is applied to orders under $4,000.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs and duties. If a shipment is refused, return shipping and duty costs will be deducted from your refund.
